Subscription
Our most popular and comprehensive cover allows us to fully partner with you to save you money and time across all your hiring.
We sign a block monthly agreement and take care of all your candidate screening and hiring so you can sit back and know that it is taken care of. This gives you access to our candidate database, our network, our marketing teams, our job board access and everything that comes with our subscription agreement. You’ll have a dedicated account manager which means they are working solely on your behalf and candidates we’re finding are being screened solely for your business and your vacancies.
Talent pooling or talent acquisition gives us the foresight to be able to keep you updated on the strongest candidates and instead of reacting to hires when you are desperate, we’re constantly being proactive which means you can plan ahead and make sure you’re utilizing each and every member of staff.

Pay Per Hire
Contingency recruitment is based on a fixed percentage of the candidate's annual salary. This is a great option for Partners looking for a one-off hire, rather than joining our subscription-based fees.
We work with all types of dealerships and some use this option due to minimal turnover and keep us on standby for when they are ready to hire. With a pre agreement in place, as soon as they need a hire, we can get to work in finding the right person for the job.
There are no upfront costs for using our recruitment services and zero risk. We do all the work in the background and will only invoice our fixed fee once a candidate we have provided to you starts their first day.
